Telemedicine & Remote Patient Care
Telemedicine has expanded healthcare accessibility by enabling remote consultations and continuous patient monitoring. This study evaluates the role of nurses in telehealth services for chronic disease management and post-discharge care. Findings demonstrate improved patient adherence, reduced hospital readmissions, and enhanced communication between healthcare providers and patients. The paper highlights the need for telehealth competency training among nursing professionals.
