Biography
Patricia A. Duclos-Miller, MS, RN, NE-BC, is a professor of nursing at Capital Community College and a Professional Development Practitioner at Bristol Hospital. Duclos-Miller graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and completed her Master of Science degree at Boston University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in nursing administration.
